Hello! My name is Renee Polonsky and I am the RTI2 (Response to Intervention and Instruction) teacher at Arlington Middle School. This is my 3rd year teaching at Arlington Middle School and 11th year teaching. I am excited to work with your child this year!
About RTI
RTI is a multi-tiered system that uses data to identify specific student need and match appropriate instructional strategies with that student. Student progress will be monitored frequently to determine if instruction needs to change. Students will be monitored bi-weekly on their specific area of need. Instruction will be changed to meet the needs of students. The RTI team will meet every 4.5 weeks to discuss the progress your child is making. A progress report will be sent home.
